So how long does a DEC have to sign their life away for to get the $130,000 signing bonus? Two years?

I’d have to see the contract, but United is involved with the contract process for the 2-year flow, I’ve learned. From what I’ve seen with my time here, bonuses don’t get collected back. I don’t know what the current contracts look like.

No bonus/training contracts. Bonuses are paid out with each paycheck over 12 months, so you only get as much as however long you stay. No commitment for the 2-year flow either, obviously you only flow if you stay at GJ. United sends over their offer agreement to pilots accepted in the program prior to even making it on GJ property.

They're playing Kabuki theater to trick guys into giving up the greatest opportunity in a century by staying waiting for a flow that they can meter, pause, delay and rescind at any time. Still only about 20 people have flowed in total from Gojet. It's as slow as it can be. 2-4 guys per month with some skipped over. No transparency.

People have elected to delay entry. Where are you getting this stuff, man? I don’t know how many have flowed, and I highly doubt you do, but I do know they are happening. All of the interview flows are gone, and several non-interviews have gone.

But why wait even another month to flow when you can start building seniority at Delta. Each month is 200 numbers above you.

Who knows. I’m sure they have their reasons, and it helps the rest of us flow earlier.
