I don't doubt it. I didn't say that racial injustice didn't happen sixty years ago and I also didn't say that it doesn't happen this very day. What I said is that it did happen a century and half ago. Stop trying to read between the lines, there isn't anything there.

I don't think that working at gojet will stop you from getting to a major (many gojet pilots will make it). But It can hurt you, I personally know one ex-pilot who is a recruiter at a major airline who has destroyed resumes from gojets and freedom pilots! He is only one of many people who might receive your resume, if someone else gets it you might be OK. But it is a risk! If you work for gojet at some point someone will try to make your life harder.

Don't get me wrong. Working at gojet is not a death sentence, but it may slow you career progression rather than jumpstart it.

If you really like Chicago, why not Mesa (first time i'm actually recommending them), Eagle, and with a little experience Skywest. Everyone is hiring right now and you chose to go to the worst airline in the industry... you have yet to tell us what is so great about GoJets besides the 700. Enlighten me, please.
