If there is a lot more to this story than is being told, tell us about it then because the court documents under docket 4:16-cv-01330 set forth for a trial by jury sure don't say so. Your statement is open ended an has no factual merits to substantiate it.

The sole fact that Randy Bratcher is a 20 year retired Navy veteran does not automatically exonerate him from discriminating against current members of the military partaking in the mandatory service obligations or from being a racist.

In addition to this it is widely known that Randy Bratcher and Brad Sargent continuously make flagrant condescending defamatory remarks related to other individuals race, ethnic background, as well as sexual orientation.

No, not straight white males, racist, bigots who have no business in the positions they are in. I have plenty of straight white male friends in and out of aviation, they would never support such deplorable conduct. (If true)

Everyone is a racist even when they don't realize it. Playing favorites with people that grew up in the same state, you name it. Ethnicity, and language is just a couple out of thousands of metrics.

In addition to Randy Bratcher and Brad Sargent being racist they also have no regards for the law.

Pilots have been disciplined for calling fatigue in the last few days and today the head of the grievance committee has been dismissed from the company for attempting to assist pilots in such grievances as they are related to this and other issues.

Yesterday Gojet was advertising on this forum that they are hiring Street Captains. What a great opportunity, to fly for an airline that is expanding so fast they need street captains. Wait, they have not expanded. Why on earth would an airline that is not expanding be so short of pilots. I can only think of of 2 more reasons, it is a terrible place to work or Xcelecto makes a lot of trips to the Chief Pilot's office.
