Article discussing sedition and other charges. As I said before, they're going to need evidence of specific individual conspiracy for that which is not going to apply to the vast majority of the folks who went to a rally which turned into a protest which turned into a riot. But I'm sure they can find at least a few people who made some really ill-advised texts (just receiving texts/tweets/etc. will not be enough, unless there's evidence that you acknowledged and agreed with plan).

For enlisted ranks, it depends on the service. In the Navy you’re not transferred to the retired rolls until 30 years. So if you retire at 20, you can be recalled over the next 10 years. That’s the Navy, not sure about the other services.
For officers, I’m pretty sure we are subject to recall for the rest of our lives, but there are some caveats.

federal no fly list denies due process. If you are on it, even by mistake, you can’t do anything to challenge. Under normal circumstances the punishment comes after the conviction, but you don’t have to be convicted of anything to find yourself on that list. If the govt can arbitrarily decide people can’t participate in certain aspects of society with no due process, that is unconstitutional...DL or AA putting them on their no fly list is another story

“WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Federal prosecutors offered an ominous new assessment of last week’s siege of the U.S. Capitol by President Donald Trump’s supporters on Thursday, saying in a court filing that rioters intended “to capture and assassinate elected officials.”

"In Chansley’s case, prosecutors said the charges “involve active participation in an insurrection attempting to violently overthrow the United States government,” and warned that “the insurrection is still in progress” as law enforcement prepares for more demonstrations in Washington and state capitals.
They also suggested he suffers from drug abuse and mental illness, and told the judge he poses a serious flight risk.
“Chansley has spoken openly about his belief that he is an alien, a higher being, and he is here on Earth to ascend to another reality,” they wrote."
