TOTD and bad customer service go to the delta FO on Atlanta to Seattle flight that blocked the back 3/4 of the 900er while he casually took his time getting his bag out of the business class closet. We were 20 minutes early and at a hub. Thanks for making us all stand there and watch you slowly piece your ensemble together Bro. Stupid passengers.
