Doubtful. I'm a millineal. I fly with them them frequently since upgrading a couple years ago... The good, bad, and ugly distribution is generally no better or worse than the boomers or X'ers.
Our concentration of special cases at the big D is particularly with the boomers. I'll give you white vest guy. Goodness knows the story there.

No one would bat an eye if an M.D. showed up for work wearing a backpack in scrubs riding a bicycle. Has our profession become such a house of cards that we obsess about protecting the thin veneer of an outdated image?
I say wear your gel and backpack but know your stuff, have a clear head, be present, serve the customer, and be the absolute best professional you can be.

Lmao. You can’t be serious. Lemme guess......you always vote “YES” on the first TA, right? Thank goodness your view of our profession is not shared by the majority of us.

That’d be great, but the reality is that most people feel that their lives are in the hands of the folks up front (they are), and they ultimately want the folks who THEY feel most comfy with, which seems to be someone who LOOKS the part in their eyes. Right or wrong, it is what it is.
