Same for the people that almost walk right into you in the airport and don't say excuse me.... They just keep walking.

Not really a tool of the day, but I got a good chuckle out of this.
Waiting in line at Dunking Donuts for a coffee and after about 5-10 minutes woman in front of me turns around to ask if this was the line for Greensboro while showing me her ticket.

People that treat a moving walkway like it is a portal to an evil alternate dimension. They stop, stutter-step and hesitate like they might be instantly incinerated after walking on. It is just a moving walkway folks, walk normally and you'll be fine.
