It's way too eerie how many time the guy settled in and out of ground effect.
He must of been puckered up pretty good, but not enough to overcome his pride.

Spot on post....This guy had more than a few chances to see that the plane wasn't going to fly.

The guy that gets ****ed off every time ATC gives us a vector or slower speed and then flies 10 degrees off or 10 knots faster than what was assigned because it might somehow get us there faster.

Did you read the description above the video, they claim it was due to hitting an air pocket shortly after takeoff.

They are all extremely lucky to be alive.

Graphic clip, but would be a great resource to demonstrate the dangers of poor performance planning.
TOTYear.
A good case study of poor ADM and the hazardous attitude called invunerability.

Well they say if you're going down, aim for the gap between two trees.

Thanks to his excellent piloting skills, he got himself over a forest before it was time to crash.

Back to the heading bug nazis, I once flew with a guy who was so anal about it and had such a lack of SA that when I was flying IN HEADING MODE AND IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ASSIGNED TURN he would center the heading bug. It was a long month.

What is an air pocket? What's it made out of? What's in it?

The Air-Pocket is located right beside the Lint-Trap and these to very special regions create idiot (so-called) private pilots like this flea-bag.

I believe his motto is:
