I just bark at em after they throw their little fit. TA always riles them up. :D

Yes, and some Captains make like it's a major infraction for not flipping the switch! Hey, I'm not the DB driving with an expired inspection sticker. God forbid should you transmit on company, 30 lashes for that.

I'm just convinced that there are captains flying transcons in 757s with their finger over the Comm 2 button for hours just waiting/hoping someone will mess up.

They have to be with the alarming speed with which they respond. Whenever I hear some crusty, gravelly voice snarl "You're on guard" I always respond "So are you.":rolleyes:

Enjoyed a couple of time-building tools (cargo cessna caravans) off the East Coast a few months back having an amazingly long conversation on 123.45 about everything from groundspeed to dating,ect,ect ,ect then one of them casually said "man, I hope nobody else uses this freq"...it was too tempting to respond that nobody uses it except for every aircraft on the oceanic common!:eek:
