What's the problem? I always grab cool stuff off the belt loader to play with during a walk around. Pogo sticks, short putting course around a/c footprint and puppies in kennels.

Guy sounds good, but just imagine the media #$%^ storm rain down if even a minor incident happened after a "show". (I guess he could be a pass/jumpseat rider though)

I almost was late for departure when I stumbled on a hay rack full of occupied puppy cages. Changes your day.

The guy scrolling through his phone while in the pilot sleep room. Turn off your phone in the sleep room! It's meant to be quiet and dark in there! You don't realize how bright your phone really is.

I nominate the Delta Captain who came up before boarding and did a 5 minute "pre departure announcement" in the gate area. Tool. His clearly memorized speech had some real bombs of jokes too.

No. Would it have mattered if I did? He's still a tool. I've been on the Jumpseat on many a tools airplanes.

Yeah man oh wow what a tool... not.. is it really so bad that someone is putting themselves out there at work and creating a positive customer experience (especially at a time when every turn of the channel seems to spotlight a new negative customer experience)? I've always been the quiet; reserved pilot that evidently is the "right way to not be a tool/professional" according to this a thread but I wish I had it in me to be a little more outgoing like this guy. Pretty good cover of the song too.

Referencing swa pilot playing guitar.
