Agreed.
I think, as far as crewmembers go, the airport is our domain and our comfort zone.
The passengers (except for the HVC's) are usually in an environment that they are not familiar with and what seems easy and obvious to us is all new and confusing to them.
I question that 95% of ANYONE talking loudly on their bluetooth really have THAT serious of issues to discuss. I mean it's not like a brain surgeon is talking an intern though a surgery or anything.
I am very thankful that I'm not the F/A that has to deal with the arrogant HVC's.....
I flew very wealthy people for many years. The older the money and the more comfortable they were in their own skin, the easier they were to deal with (some notable Hollywood types excepted). It's the pseudo-rich and new rich that get really annoying.

Not that I'm calling these people tools, but it was funny leaving the plane in Jax today and I get through the door and run smack dab into about 120 people all staring at me because they're all crowding the gate to board the outbound flight to Atl. My first thought was "Is my fly open?"

The trip reference works the same way. The original post was in DALPA's forum, and taken out of context, i.e to infer that the other poster or I think the merger was an acquisition. The second post links back to the same person. The purpose is to paint me as an anti-North guy, whereas the guy I'm being compared to is not a DPA supporter. Score 2 for DPA.
I'm not pro-DPA, but I'm not anti-N.

I nominate all the Elite, Special, Precious Metal, Walk on Special Carpet flyers that have to line up in front of the door 30 minutes before the inbound flight even blocks in. I do enjoy watching them try to balance Starbucks, their $9 bottled water (that they HAVE to have) and the open laptop (so they can look important) while trying to take a call with the bluetooth in their ear. We get it. You're special and in First Class. NOW SIT DOWN!

If they'd do a Sprit and charge for the tools who pack everything and stuff the bins, there might be a chance of lessening the lice.

OK, thanks.
