Depends, if your not what they are looking for than you may never hear back. I didn't get a call for an interview until 5 months after I put my app in. You have to rememeber though, they still have hundreds of apps for limited slots so not everyone will get a call.

You'll probably start class sometime in September. My class date was estimated to be 4 months from my original interview date- same thing was told to the other guys I interviewed with.

And I'm very glad that he did get the job. I hope this trend continues, I have many bros looking for a job. I was eluding to the fact they it's took them that long to get back to him. If they brought you down there for an interview, you're already qualified. They should know by then end of the day if they want to hire you.

I can vouch the time it takes: After the interview it takes about a month (they told us at the interview it's due to the background paperwork, and if there hasn't been a call after a month, to call them). And from the ones I know who has passed the board, the time is about 3-4 months from interview to class date.
As for the application process, just keep updating it.
