I had 1850/450 ATP when I interviewed. There were 4 of us, and two of the other guys were higher time, so I was just about in the middle.

So they would no look at me right??? 1080 tt 85 multi....what do you guys think?

You have to have the 100 multi. Is a matter of company insurance I think. I got the call at 105 multiengine time.

Work hard, and be patience, they are projecting to get 300 more pilots next year. But hurry up and get in the boar as soon as you can. Just 15 more multi hours to go.

I was hired at 75 multi during the last non-stop hiring frenzy. Projected to be hiring indefinitely, not just plans for 300. Only 400ish resumes still on file so this time next year they should be in a real crunch. Go ahead and try, they just might try to pick you up early.
