So no, you can't say "no one" is happy about it, because with Hyper's silence on the matter, we can't be sure.
Hyper is JBU leadership role in training so he can’t say anything bad. He isn’t a bad guy just has bigger ambitions. He likes Jetblue just like a lot of people I fly with. He just isn’t as negative as others.

I did mine in early January and I got the email yesterday to move forward with the face to face. On the road on a 4 day so will have only 2 days left when I get home to do this all. Pretty excited about this. Any advice for this would be appreciated. Have 2 internal LOR’s coming and have already asked for externals this morning.

I know what he is... If he can't (won't) give an honest opinion of specific things that are wrong, then he shouldn't speak out publicly about opinions he perceives to be negative.

His corporate ladder climbing ambitions are very obvious.

I can't give you any recent info about the current process, but I know it's important that you have a good answer for "why JetBlue?".

Probably the single most important question in my opinion.

But who knows, now maybe they're looking for "why do you want to work for United?".

Well that’s easy. Because IAH has an on-site smoker at their BBQ restaurant in the terminal. Everyone else brings in the food and those ribs are DRY!

Submitted video interview late December and got an invite for late February face to face. Any tips? What to expect?

At the very least you'll want to read as much as you can on aviationinterviews.com and probably even pay the money for full access. Additionally it may be worthwhile to pay for an interview coaching service. I'm not a natural interviewee so I plunked down the change for interview prep and felt really good going into the interview last month. Depending on your personality and ability to spin a yarn you may not need it. I'm currently in phase two waiting for my background checks to clear. "Why JetBlue" is definitely a big question. Know the core value down cold and recite them as often as you can throughout the day. You'll get about 5 or 6 "tell me about a time..." questions so think about those. Use the STAR format when answering questions: Situation, Task, Action, Result.

Good luck!
