An inflight emergency would be an example of an obstacle at work. I talked about how I handled it. Upgrading, becoming a check airman or mentor is an example of changing your roll. Contributing to the improvement of SOP or company policy is an example of changing your company.

While our experiences and point of views are different, I’m sure you can come up with something unique which they look for. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I just got the invite for the face to face. My wait time was 12 days from submitting the video, although that wait time was over Christmas and New Years so you might see a faster response during a different time of year.
