Has anyone else experienced this? And have any idea what’s the cause ...
App submitted ; receive the auto email saying thanks for interest.
Application shows up under “application status” tab and the email response under “information requests” ....a week later the application is no longer listed under application status but the original response is still listed under “information requests” to that application.
Did not receive any other emails like TBNT etc....
Has anyone else had this issue?

After applying ; no video interview yet...
This happened once before as well on another window. I want to see if this is only happening to me or if this is common.
I would hate to be missing any chance of being called because of a glitch. It’s hard enough to break through without a glitch!

- First, you now have 2 chances to answer EACH question. Talking to many of my friends who already work there, that wasn't the case before.
- You have 168 hours (7 days) to complete it once you receive the email, and it does NOT have to be done in one sitting.
- If you have to logout for any reason, your progress is saved.
- No countdown timer from when you read the question to when recording starts. It only records when you press record.
- Time varies between 3 and 10 minutes to answer each question.
- Total of 8 questions, which were:
1. Please conduct a full self-resume review. Please touch on reasons for leaving each employer.
2. What is one thing you would NOT change about your role and/or company?
3. Tell us about a time when you had to make a hard decision. What factors did you consider when making the decision?
4. How much multi-engine fixed wing time do you have, if any? If so, please specify which type and how many hours (piston, turboprop, jet).
5. How many flight hours do you have in the last 12 months?
6. Have you ever had ANY type of training or checkride failures?
7. Have you ever had any accidents, incidents, or violations? If so, how many and what were the circumstances?
8. What are the 5 JetBlue core values? How do you exemplify the values in your workplace? (This question only gave you 3 minutes to answer, which I felt was a little short for the type of question).
That's pretty much it. It's awkward, but relaxed. Just practice your answers on your webcam and use a timer to see how you can streamline them. I hope someone finds this useful and good luck!

Today
Just did my video interview today. These are the questions I got:
1: please conduct full self resume review. Please touch on reasons for leaving each employer
2: If you could change one thing about your rola and/or company, what would that be?
3: Tell is about a time when you overcame an obstacle on the job.
4: How much multiengine fixed wing time do you have if any? If so, please specify which type (piston, jet) and how many hours each.
5: How many flight hours do you have in the last 12 months?
6: Have you ever had ANY training or checkrides failures? Explain
7: Have you had any incidents, accidents or violations? If so how many and explain
8: Of the 5 Jetblue core values besides safety, which one would your family and friends say best describes you?
I had 5 minutes for question number 1, 3 minutes for 2-5, 10 minutes for 6 and 7 and 3 minutes for number 8.
You can ready the question and take as long as you want before you start recording your answer. And you can record each answer twice. Keep in mind the second time might be worse than the first time and then you won’t be able to change it back.
Let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Got the email for face to face interview
I submitted the video interview on Monday and got the email that I passed, inviting for the face to face interview last night, Wednesday, so two days after. I guess they are moving quicker. Does anyone have some insight they can share about the face to face?
Thanks.
Thanks.
