Make sure you emphasize that you prefer getting paid in culture bucks instead of USD, that you currently volunteer to clean planes at your current airline for free, and you like working more to make 30% less than your peers since you value executive leadership bonuses, potato farms, and hybrid electric airplanes more than industry standard pay despite profit per seat exceeding every other major airline in the world. You’ll be golden. Also mention your research has shown that things “keep getting better” at JetBlue and the future is bright. Emphasize the values 5 core values that are spoken but not lived.
But seriously, do you really want to come to an airline run by interns, with management that is openly waging war on pilots (and FAs, but that’s irrelevant), has a terrible product, operates like its everyone’s first day working for an airline, and has 10 retirements in the next 15 years, and pays less than regionals for the first 2 years? You’ll be lucky to be 3,700/4,500 in 5 years, maybe 3650/5000 in 10 years depending on our fleet plan (that won’t ever get done), and to work under an industry standard contract that management refuses to agree to. This place has gone downhill in the short time I’ve been here. Hopefully it gets better one day. Good luck with that video interview. If nothing else you can get a bus type to make you more competitive for a good airline, but you’ll pay for it with your miserly $45k first year pay.

Listen to bluedriver......Run far away from this place. I was you several years ago. I HIGHLY regret coming here while my more patient friends all got on at Delta, UAL, SWA, etc....
Seriously. Keep trying everywhere else. Spirit and Frontier have a brighter future. WAY more growth.
