Go look at the monthly award PDFs. The most junior MCO 320 FO with an actual schedule is a 3,400 number. What’s that, like a 2018 hire? All those other guys listed as MO are management (mostly instructors) who are based in MCO for purposes of their JBU job, but if they went to the line, are actually based elsewhere. You can’t look at PVBM under bid status. You have to look at the system bid awards. 3,891 (June 2021) got awarded MCO 320 FO for the end of next year and I believe he’s the most junior.

I went to PVBM and looked for the December 2023 after the annual. On the annual bid we had in August the bottom FO with effective dates for December of 2023 were FLL 320 July 2022 Hire MCO 320 May 2021 Hire. We don't have a 220 base in MCO except for instructors. We don't offer MCO or FLL to new hires as it hasn't been on any new hire drops so not sure how someone would get MCO 320 in 3 months.

Ok, I apologize, he is an instructor in HJB. Doesn't show as M on the seniority list.
