I was at the meet and greet last night and I could count only 10 new pilots it seems they are only going to be doing small classes through the summer.
Bases were awarded this morning. No info on that.

Man...you get triggered pretty quickly, just relax. They’ve had small classes before this year that have been followed up by a class of 35 people. No idea what their final number of the year is supposed to be. Does it really matter to you if they only hit say 385 since you weren’t hired earlier this year? Honestly if I were you and was about to start class....I’d be happy that two dozen people didn’t just start class soon before me.

Those 50% have an employee number at Jetblue, have made it through training, IOE and some have been here for over a decade. So if they want to blow off some steam after a 3 hour delayed red-eye then be my guest.

Anyway, I still think they’re on track for 400 this year to answer your question.

Relax. There were classes of <15 this Spring followed by two of 30+ in June. There were 250 new hires between January and June. One small summer class is not indicative of hiring trends for the remainder of the year.

Ok guys, so here’s the deal. 10 in class. 7 Airbus and 3 E-190 were on the Bid. There slots were:
A320: 2 FLL, 33 BOS, 112 JFK, 4 LGB. E-190: 30 BOS, 44 JFK
Awarded was:
A-320: 2 BOS, 1 FLL, 3 JFK, 1 LGB
E-190: 2 BOS 1 JFK
