At this point I think the only guarantee is that you will not be offered MCO.

2 classes in October yeah? Can they support a class of 30? Been scrolling through this for months just reading but now I'm curious being in phase 2

Can the training Dept even handle that many? This is just bananas!

I bet they hire at least TEN a month next year!

I won't try and do the math for everyone, but TEN a month has be at least 600-700+ next year!

We have plenty of new guys bail and even higher seniority list guys. It’s a good hiring environment right now.
