It wasn’t always this way. There was a time in 2004-2007, when we were admiring Southwest Management and thinking about them, the same way you’re looking at Delta management now.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great place to work now, and Flight Ops says they’ll always have our back, but it might only last until the next downturn. Who knows. Good luck to you guys.
