It was 14.1%. Based strictly off flight pay. My W2 showed about $315K but that included perdiem and last years profit sharing.

My gross profit sharing was around $36K and my net take home was $22.7K. I live in IL.

I’m not saying this to brag, just clearing up the confusion.

Those numbers may work for 1st or 2nd year NB FOs. Anyone here longer than that should see much higher numbers, even if they don’t fly greenies.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great place to work now, and Flight Ops says they’ll always have our back, but it might only last until the next downturn. Who knows. Good luck to you guys.
I found it very interesting that your CEO would admit the mistake but he did. Granted he wasn't the CEO at the time but the very thought process speaks volumes of the culture of the airline. I agree that could change in a downturn as well but the employees have clearly reciprocated for the acknowledgement as indicated by the success of the airline. The delineating difference between a Delta and a Jetblue is that view point. Sadly, we continue to take steps backwards while Delta leaps into the future.
