According to the jetBlue e-mail I received, after all the relevant documents are obtained in phase II, everything is given to the committee for a final decision. So theoretically you could still be turned down in phase II.

Yes. Just like a CJO, its conditional and contingent on everything being acceptable in the background check.

This is how I understand it too. Its the email that localizer stated that make it kinda fuzzy. Hyperboy or anyone close to the recruiting team could you clarify? After receiving the phase II email, can the applicant assume that the recruiting team like what they see in the interview?

If you successfully pass the interview you will move to Phase 2 (background checks, PRIA's, PHC). You will get a pass Phase 2 complete when you succeed phase 2. Then you are in a class ready "pool" (which is closer to a barren desert,lol)) with all the hiring were are doing. Most hiring I have every seen since I have been here 2011 and 2014 was a huge year! This is a great time to come to JB due to all the growth via many CBA synergies.I hope this helps.
