How flica trips are awarded does not matter to the company, they just want the trips covered. This can be changed in Section 6 with essentially ZERO negotiating capital being used.

I don't know the best answer, it can't be all seniority, and it can't be like it is now where the IT geniuses/flica refreshers/bot boys and cartels get 99.99% of all the awards.

Agree. You shouldn’t have to be tech savvy to have a shot. It should be as fair as can be and I’m not sure it is. I definitely don’t buy guys hitting refresh all the time and oh they always get the trips.

These guys/gals have committed so much time and resources to being good at the “game” that’s why they keep getting trips. I’ve seen one of the alleged guilty walk around with his laptop open in the terminal, the bus, etc. I don’t like it either but don’t whine. Figure out a way to get better.
