Orders in the FUTURE can and do change. Most of the E190s will already be Pepsi cans by the time the arbitrator sits down to hear the case. You're dumber than I thought if you think he's going to create a separate category of pilots to fly Pepsi cans... If you can't understand the difference I can't help you.

you are without the last person I would want help from, so that is great. It doesn't matter if it is Coke or Pepsi. Precedent has been set that actual fleet when the merger started is what counts. Because you know what, otherwise they could use the actual fleet when the arbitrator does sit down. And you know what they didn't do? That.......

I have said numerous times I don't know what will happen. Others have come out citing relevant cases/info. You just keep beating the same drum, incorrect numbers and have nothing to back it all up. Bye Drivel
