Hope I'm wrong, but they have a long history that informs what their SOP manual reads. See I was going to be a dentist but I don’t think people want to go to Dr Payne. I honestly don’t know but I just get the vibe that this is like the Japanese negotiating with us while planning to attack pearl and moving everything into position. If they honestly wanted it done it could be done (NOW), that’s why I’m very skeptical about all this, especially with it scheduled past the holidays. (Convenient) I would love to be wrong. |
