I believe the NK CBA already has a solution for that. Jan 1 the X (200%) list calls in seniority order. As you accept trips you go to the bottom of the list. Those with the most amount of 200% credit are in inverse order starting from the bottom allowing all those with none/less credit to be called first.

I can get on board with this. Also what FlyBy said, I want reserves to be able to pick up above guaranteed on days off. Our whole entire Open Time/premium system needs to be torn down and built again. As it stands, the same top 20% churn through VDA’s every day, while the rest pick up scraps. And here’s the funny thing, those same 20% actually get mad at guys below them for picking up straight time…not kidding.

The Spirit commuter clause line that allows crew scheduling to assign a commuter reserve days is complete garbage and needs to go away. As a lineholder, I'm expected to sit around the airport all day unpaid after I was unsuccessful on 2 attempts so I can get to base to sit reserve for the next 3 days? Ridiculous.
