Sadly B6ALPA simply reflects our pilot group. Fold, fear, wet noodle, jellyfish...those words can describe our group as well. We certainly need stronger leadership (no question) but it's our peers who have yet to reject a company offer.

Hope it goes through, I don't think JB will survive without the merger... Just the cost to fight this for years is going to be decimating.

Wrong, we’ve rejected an offer. B6ALPA thought we were crazy for doing so.

If you think it’s bad over at JB you should see us here at NK, can’t keep new hires (or old hires) and haven’t made a profit since before Covid, at least you have figured out how to make money our management can’t/doesn’t care.

This is another case to be made for this merger. Both these companies as separate entities are struggling to grow and compete. That’s just the reality of the industry right now. Without this acquisition, JB will still be around, but it won’t be pretty. Anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional. They’ve hitched their entire growth strategy to this wagon. We’d probably end up shrinking, and the whole thing will end up costing us a fortune.
