They already do...through the tradeboard.

We need a serious reserve grid overhaul too...

B6 is the only major airline without DTZ. Having a min credit requirement is a HUGE detractor to their current contract and major fail by the negotiating committee.

Any JCBA with a min credit requirement is a "no" vote from me.

It's a hard NO.

Having min credit req at all is some abusive regional style BS.

and…and…! A reserve grid with required levels of over staffing at the start of the month like NK clause.

we could have DTZ tomorrow at JB and nobody would know it because our reserve gridS suck so hard and it is impossible to move/drop any RSV or pairings.

Drops if the grid is green, sometimes the grid also affects swaps.

You can drop to 70. Below that requires you to use PTO. You can drop to zero without using PTO on the FLICA trade board.

We acrue 6 hours of PTO a month for sick/PTO.

We all want the NK red/green grid rules and RSV grid structure.

Most I'm sure want to see the 70 hour min drop restriction improved/lowered.

I hear from every Jetblue guy that they want the NK DTZ, red/green grid and thats great, but how many are actually emailing or calling the JB NC and saying we want that part of the NK contract? thats what matters, if they are getting emails and phone calls weekly from many many pilots then that would be a good thing to get both JB and NK NC's on the same page together for that JCBA. We have to make sure our voices are heard and not just typing on APC

Absolutely, PDR and select CBA Suggestion in the drop-down menu

There is so much that needs to be addressed in the JCBA it isn't funny. We either get it write or we will be hosed for years.

Right or in writing? I’m not sure what you’re saying.

You're adorable. Everything else we could want, and then some, and you're a hard NO if you have to work (or PTO ) ONE hour per month. You probably still expect to accrue the 6 hours (or expect more) of PTO a month while you don't work... Such a purity test. I'm guessing that while you won't admit it here, when push came to shove you'd vote Yes to a JCBA that was missing industry leading things in several areas, as long as you don't have to work ONE hour per month.

And don't give me the "drop everything and startover rebuilding" crap. With a DT-1 you could drop every trip but one, rebuild, and then drop that ONE last trip and rebuild that. Same for dropping all your trips in base A and rebuilding in base B. Same with taking an entire month off for vacation. Drop every trip but one, and PTO the last.

Such a silly purity test.

You see, they don’t understand how PTO (Personal time off) works. Likely because we’re the only pilot group that has that. It’s not a “Sick bank” or “Vacation time” it’s personal time and I can use it when ever I want subject to the grid. I also can drop without pay to 70 and save my personal time for another personal time. They can call in sick, Drop without pay or work. The system works the grids are the broken piece.
