Maybe just take the win. There is nothing here that one of the bigger 3 or 4 doesn't offer. Domiciles, pay, and overall oppurtunities and security. Right now JB doesn't look to be on solid footing. The best and brightest don't aspire to run JB. Maybe some come here to learn, but then they leave. What we're left with isn't the best of the best. This is the best pilot market in the history of airlines. Now isn't the time to settle.

After 14 years here I’ve never felt like I settled. Things aren’t the best right now but they’ll turn around. When I got hired here it was the legacies that looked like a steaming pile.

If you want to spend your career flying A320s/A321s out of Boston, B6 could be tied with Delta to be your first choice destination airline.
For any other pilot, B6 isn't even in the running. They have nothing to offer except maybe a couple workrules that vary from airline to airline.

Attrition here has been lower than forecast.

I'd agreet to a certain extent. Jetblue is better than any 135 or regional if you live in one of our bases and don't have to commute. That being said as retirements slow over the next 10-15 years you will certainly be better off at any of the three legacy carriers. JB has announced no real growth for atleast the next two years as we attempt to rebound from the NEO issues and the blunder that was the Spirit & JB merger. At the legacy carriers you have constant retirements for now, large fleet types, and more bases. All these factors only help your seniorty whether artificial or actual.
