They are welcome to publish results at anytime, so long as it doesn’t exceed 21 days. If they want to do it at the 3-4 day mark they can. Which is the point of his post, I think.

what makes you think I don’t know that information, I guess reading comprehension is not your strong suit.

What exactly would be the incentive of publishing prior to the time limit? It’s not the award that takes them so long. It’s the fact that training and transition dates must be co-published and that takes time.

I think that's a great example of "unintended consequences" in the CBA. Someone negotiating thought, "let's make them publish the training dates with the award" and didn't think about the fact that it would make us all sit around for about 15 days longer than necessary wondering what we got in the bid. The language should require the award to be published in 7 days, and 14 days longer for the training dates.

100% agree. Fortunately for us we have the former SSC chair on the negotiating team now. Surely he will have different ideas and we will be saved. Oh wait never mind he was an SME on work rules last time.

Depends, Are you speaking about the company not booking a hotel for you?

Or are you a committee member on FPL and they forgot to book a hotel for you?

Bid preliminary results, Capt Mid 3400s, what does that mean, 3450 is a SJU Capt? Or just something between 3400 and 3500 is an SJU Capt?
