That's honestly my biggest hangup right now. I can survive 1st year pay and the other negatives because those things can (and I believe will) improve over time as CBAs are negotiated and fought for. However, I have a hard time accepting that JB is willing to burn down my current job (that is really good and I don't want to lose) with PRIA before offering me a job (or even a CJO). The others don't do that, and that's a huge, unnecessary risk IMO.

You seemed to me to be defending JB and you definitely were pushing back against negativity about JB. So, since you made the statement that this isn't the worse place to be, please tell me who in our peer-set we are better than? Must be better than at least some of our peers if we are not the worst.

United doesn't require a degree. At your longevity you'd be making $161 on the Airbus there with much better work rules and other contractual benefits. Wouldn't it just keep getting better if you went there? Just curious?
