no but posting about it on two threads in the same forum gives you twice the chance of getting an answer. Am I right?

I was thinking it should get him a class date. It fits right in with the emails from the base chief, followed 2 minutes later by the same email forwarded by the admin. He’s blue material for sure.

Hard to say with the newness or the contract. An 18.5% pay raise is great, but isn’t enough to not drive to work at a legacy.

Last year I believe the number was around 77?

Including all forms of leaving the company, voluntary and involuntary.

Right... 18.5% is still below industry standard and therefore unacceptable.

I would consider industry standard: (SWA+AA+DL+UA+AK) / 5 as a minimum floor.

We simply got below the floor with this contract, particularly since everyone else will be getting better contracts very soon. We're stuck being last again.

I love you man. But 74% voted yes. The vote is over.

Let's all move forward and make the next contract as good as we can.

This post is about how many will vote no with their feet. Hopefully enough pilots have enough self worth to avoid this place now that our group has shown its belly to the ELT.
