jetBlue Hiring
Good morning. Scrolled back several pages and haven't seen much information on the new video interview. Anyone have any insight on that? Seems like most the gouges I'm finding still refer to a telephone interview.
Thanks for the recommendations to Gold Coast, I'm going to look them up. Long Beach native here, hoping I'm old enough to get it!!

I did EC after I was already at JetBlue and looking to go to a real career airline. Wasted $400 since I decided (for now) to stay here. Honestly the stuff they say is common sense, available on the internet under standard interview guidance, and self-prepping for the JetBlue interview was very easy. Most TMAATs, how to answer them, and good advice is all available free on the internet. I did talk to some guys who didn’t pass the interview the first time, but did the second after doing prep. Some people like you say it was worth it. So I believe some people see value in it. I personally didn’t see $400 in value in it, frankly, as much as I’d like to pump Albie’s product. The only money I’d spend is on RST prepping for the Delta tests. I certainly wouldn’t spend a dime prepping for a jetblue interview. It’s one of the easiest out there.
I agree with some have said regarding the interview prep in some people's cases not being worth it .
HOWEVER , what if you don't get that job ? What if the interview didn't go well for what ever reason. You WOULDN'T be able to tell your self that you did everything you possibly could to prep for it . What's 400 bones for what potentially could be a massive jump in pay and quality of life (depending) where you're coming from.
I did recruiting at various functions and I could normally tell pretty quickly who prepaired and who didn't , the prepped didn't sound fake or have candid answers but well versed and well spoken , sometimes that's all it takes .
No offense to those who didn't do it and got through the interview . That's great .
But for those seeking to get hired. Just do the prep , you may look back and say "meh , wasn't really worth it " fine so be it , but at least you did all that you could .
Good luck to those getting a call.
