Personally, I'm looking forward to the move to Empower because their investment fees are significantly lower. That was a win for the entire employee group.
Anything here at B6 bother you 5urfer? Lets see your list of B6 BS. I see a ton of company talk from you so cough it up- if you have any gripes.

I believe we will have a good cba. It is getting worse while we wait. I shouldn't have to explain to you the sarcasm of "it keeps getting better". It will get better but you said it's getting better. You are a liar! No emotion involved. I was just busting your b@lls like everyone here does since your outrageous statement.

In his defense on the Empower point, the ALPA R&I guys think this is actually a positive switch for the pilot group.

How formal does volunteer work on your resume have to be? A friend of mine is a sales rep for a bakery and often has a lot of bread left over at the end of the day/week. I will often bring whats left to the local soup kitchens. Never did it for the HR points but figured since I already do it...why not get the recognition. Is jetblue looking for something like this or other types of community involvement?

The switch the Empower saves jblue $. That's the cost nuetrality of passing out a 8% pay bump, adjusting profit sharing and preparing to pay out more in a CBA. This company thrives on cost neutrality.

Empower doesn't offer the same funds and structures that T-Rowe does. I know SWA switched to Empower and then quickly switched back to their old 401k provider. I don't have a ton of background on that either. I won't bash Empower but I do like T-Rowe and they're switching that without my 2 cents.

My wife is in the asset transfer department at Fidelity. Works with Empower. Stoic response. Nothing great, nothing atrocious. Middle of the road.

What's competitive lately to get hired at B6? Ball park is good enough, I doubt I am close to it yet.

Thanks!
