We need a big turn out, rumor is the company is not happy about this rally but also does not think many will show. It's my day off and I will be commuting in. We need big numbers guys.

Aircraft delivery deferrals.

Cancelling portions of the schedule weeks out.

Slashing 2017 hiring numbers in half.

Late DRO every damn day.

24/7 self-induced IROP.

No retirements.

Compensation lagging peers by 30-40%.

It's a wonder they have ANY apps on file at this point. Anyone who is swimming in the 6-month deep pool will see the writing on the wall and work on getting a class elsewhere. Between that and the coming exodus of <5 year pilots, this place will seriously be up a creek in no time.

Hope to see you all at the Hilton on July 18. Our careers depend on good turnout if we don't have the chance to escape.
