Honest question, can you point to an airline that for months changed the way it did business in preparation for a sale?

Latest report said that RASM is up because of lower competition factor, so thats a reason why we're seeing things the way they our.

I hear ya completely! Though I'm off reserve now (thankfully), I have plenty of friends (CA and FO) that are. I truly feel bad for them. I will not take an upgrade until I can hold a line. It's that bad! The are becoming very bitter and dejected. But hey, lets reduce the hiring numbers since we're properly staffed.... They can't even crew trips on normal days. It's comical and quite sad to see the sh!t show during IROPs. Treating our customers like baggage. It's embarrassing walking thru the terminal during these events.

Same. Anyone coming here from even a low tier regional should be prepared for a loss in QOL. If you are qualified for the Big 3, don't waste your time and mental energy with this place. Those of us who have are trying desperately to get out.

In my interview group, I’ve met guys ranging from a 402 pilot to a 17 year CR9 captain and anywhere in between.
