Listen guys. This is a marathon. Not a sprint. We usually get a few thousand apps. Most are very qualified applicants like yourselves. There's only so many spots for interviews. I'm not gonna claim to know the magical formula of who gets called in what order, but if I knew I'd be a lot more senior

Agreed..... It took me 5 years of applying to get on here.
I know it's tough, but try and be patient and, in the mean time, try and network your butts off.

I know that I sound whiny but I have attended 4 job fairs and been applying for years. All the while many less qualified friends applied once and got the interview. The kicker is that pretty much all of them view JetBlue as stepping stone. I will keep at it till it is my turn go.
