Here is a retirement perspective. I was hired 6 years ago. That line is very flat for the next 10 years. Now imagine having another 1500 guys ahead of you as a new hire and the outlook isn't great for a new hire here vs the big 3.
All I'm saying is if you have multiple job offers go somewhere else. If this is your only job offer to escape the regionals take it. I just want perspective new hires to have all the available info.

Anyone else have all or most of the records under "Application Status" and "Information Requests" disappear on them?
I've applied in every window since 2013, and went in this morning to update my profile and all of those records are gone except for the two oldest ones in each section. Strange.

Check back to these posts when we have a CBA. Eventually we'll get something. That something will be better than what we have now. With new pay rates with as a % increase, a 401k no-match contribution, new vacation and sick parameters and god willing better work rules (rigs, min day, RSV, premium open time) the CBA will ensure jblue continues to be a decent place to make a career. (Healthcare isn't changing)
This pilot group won't strike, so the ALPA power only goes so far. But, the company doesn't want too much labor strife and drama, so there will be a compromise that both sides can claim victory.

Lets see how they like picketing on TV first Bubs. If healthcare doesnt change, how many no votes ( As a percentage) do you anticipate? I'd be a NO if thats the case.

God this gets so old. The good thing and the bad thing about "process" now is it takes so long to get to the point of a strike everyone is ready to go. In the last few years point me to a mainline pilot group that had not voted to strike.
This group is no different. Every group has their non members or non lanyard types WE ARE NOT DIFFERENT.
Until VA came along we had the largest yes vote for ALPA so I don't buy that this group won't go on strike.
