All I'm saying is if you have multiple job offers go somewhere else. If this is your only job offer to escape the regionals take it. I just want perspective new hires to have all the available info.

I'm in the 2400s and my curve is even flatter than that. Would love to see a young new hire's chart. I don't go under 2000 for ten years. Yes it accelerates after that a lot. But unless we grow a lot beyond 4000 pilots I would think it would be about ten years for me to be a junior line holder captain. 14 from when I started. About half of how long I'd like to work here. Conversely they've put 1000 pilots below me in four years, almost a third of the list. To get to 70% at one of the big three would still take at least that amount of time. American has the steepest curve for sure. Go to where you get called. If you get multiple opportunities then pick which one works for you, not the Internet. If you're happy, stay, if you're not, figure out a way to get happy.

Anyone else have all or most of the records under "Application Status" and "Information Requests" disappear on them?

I've applied in every window since 2013, and went in this morning to update my profile and all of those records are gone except for the two oldest ones in each section. Strange.

I first applied in 2008, but my records are there for every window since Nov., 2013.

If I were you I would focus somewhere else.....seriously. You will hate it here within a year, and hate yourself for getting sidetracked from a real airline.

He's right. This is solid advice spoken from experience.

Check back to these posts when we have a CBA. Eventually we'll get something. That something will be better than what we have now. With new pay rates with as a % increase, a 401k no-match contribution, new vacation and sick parameters and god willing better work rules (rigs, min day, RSV, premium open time) the CBA will ensure jblue continues to be a decent place to make a career. (Healthcare isn't changing)

This pilot group won't strike, so the ALPA power only goes so far. But, the company doesn't want too much labor strife and drama, so there will be a compromise that both sides can claim victory.

I wouldnt be so sure about the unwillingness to strike. It depends how long they drag this out and just strike vote would probably be effective enough.
Lets see how they like picketing on TV first Bubs. If healthcare doesnt change, how many no votes ( As a percentage) do you anticipate? I'd be a NO if thats the case.

And why won't they strike?
God this gets so old. The good thing and the bad thing about "process" now is it takes so long to get to the point of a strike everyone is ready to go. In the last few years point me to a mainline pilot group that had not voted to strike.
This group is no different. Every group has their non members or non lanyard types WE ARE NOT DIFFERENT.
Until VA came along we had the largest yes vote for ALPA so I don't buy that this group won't go on strike.
