Just fully disclose and do your best.
BUT...
Be aware they evidently DO care.
I have a good friend, phenomenal pilot, picture perfect blue pilot. Lives in BOS,etc. not get the job. EVERYBODY who knew him was shocked.
He had an AQP bust as a 7 year FO. Evidently they viewed that as a red flag.
He wanted jetblue so bad it CRUSHED HIM. He was initially hurt and ****ed at jetblue......He has moved on to another major and is very happy there. I think he feels as if he dodged a bullet actually.

Lesson is......DO NOT be crushed if jetblue doesn’t want you. You will probably be better off in the long run.

Don’t take this the wrong way...
but from your previous posts you’ve been through training at 3-4 different regionals and a “major” in the past 4 years with multiple Oral & multiple PC failures. While It’s not disqualifying, for the short time you’ve been flying 121 you’ll have to do some pretty darn good explaining of what you’ve learned. Multiple busts at multiple carriers is different than a bad day in the sim. Nothing against you, just something to be prepared for. Be completely honest & Good Luck!

So he really wanted it they said no and now he is happy anyway.
Sounds like a high school relationship.

I think you meant to post this in the UAL thread? You may have already been hired and didn’t see the email.

Does anyone know how strongly JetBlue cares about someone leaving Cape Air before their commitment? It was several years ago, and I couldn’t afford the $1200 a month pay along with my flight training loans. I really couldn’t. I flew a whole lot and still added debt just paying for a living space and food while living in Hyannis. I’d like the opportunity to explain this; I feel my resume is being overlooked maybe for this reason. Anyone in the know able to message me? Thanks!

That is a possibility. He didn’t tell me about the failure.

But I was told jetblue views some failures as a red flag by someone who is in recruiting. Maybe I got bad info.

I’d like to believe they don’t care as long as you’re honest. Do you have any insight?

I hope they care about some failures. Not
Just a bad day type of failure. But multiple 121 failures is a huge red flag as someone on the line.

Buddy of mine busted an oral at a pt.121 carrier. Jetblue gave him grief for it but eventually put him in class.

You said AQP bust, so I’m assuming it was during the LOE? Most of those failures are for operating the airplane in an unsafe manner, not being 300 feet off steep turns. Maybe that’s possibly why.
