But I was told jetblue views some failures as a red flag by someone who is in recruiting. Maybe I got bad info.

I’d like to believe they don’t care as long as you’re honest. Do you have any insight?
Buddy of mine busted an oral at a pt.121 carrier. Jetblue gave him grief for it but eventually put him in class.

You said AQP bust, so I’m assuming it was during the LOE? Most of those failures are for operating the airplane in an unsafe manner, not being 300 feet off steep turns. Maybe that’s possibly why.

Also curious about this, anyone have some semi-concrete information?

Great question. I’ve been trying to search for a somewhat concrete answer to this. If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated. TIA

In the past I’ve heard 90% success rate once you enter phase II. The 10% are usually undisclosed training/background issues

Does the pilot hiring committee still meet and review all available data about the applicant before giving a final yes or no?

Is it safe to say you’re good to go if you have been in phase II for 6 weeks? In other words, if there was something they didn’t like, they would’ve let you know by now?
Also, do they or do they not check pria prior to completion of phase II? I’m reading they don’t until phase II is complete but wouldn’t make sense imo.
