What’s everyone’s stance on external LOR’s? I have two generic ones that I’ve already included but I have two others that are airline specific (one Delta and one United). Would it be wise to include those with my app (with permission from the people who wrote them, of course) or not?

Yes, a number of us here have received emails asking us to complete “phone screenings” (which are actually recorded video interviews). I applied when the window opened on Monday the 9th and got the phone screening email that Friday. Submitted my interview on Sunday and was asked to submit a Flight History Addendum the following day. I don’t think anyone from this hiring window has been invited to interview face to face yet.

I applied 8/12. Heard back with an invite to video screen on 8/16. Did screening on 8/20. Still waiting to hear back.
