In my class of 12 five had a masters degree, 11 had a bachelors, one had no degree. The individual with no degree was 45 and had spent the last five years as a chief pilot of a corporate flight department.

short answer….yes. I did and although they’re a lot of money I think it’s worth it if you really want the job. I use Emerald Coast and I did the prep super short noticed (within a week of my F2F) and they were great and worked with my schedule even though they were slammed.

I'd say pretty good. I do have a 4 year degree but my times are same as yours and I passed my f2f and am now in phase 2. I know of a guy with no degree that got hired pre Covid.
I personally would say no issue. I know of a guy that got hired PreCovid and he has no degree. I'm in phase 2 and have 4000 TT and 1100 tpic(part 121), CL-65 type, ERJ 170/190 type and I do have a Bachelor's Degree. I had 1 internal rec and 3 external.
