Hi, about that… I’m about to start with JetBlue (class 04/06/2022). yesterday I received the invitation to take the leadership inventory at United. the question is what happens if Im successful with United and I decide that is the best option for my career , I like JetBlue and I’m grateful for the opportunity so I don’t want to be rude and leave during training .what would it be your advice? Is there any important thing to know for this kind of transition? Thanks

Take the JB class and then take the UAL class if it’s offered.
You aren’t being rude. This is the biggest choice of your life and JB will forget your name 2 mins after you resign. Companies don’t give a crap about you, don’t you even for 1 second care about what JB thinks.

you don’t owe jetblue anything. It is their job to attract and retain talent

Run, dont walk away from B6 if you can. Training pay is awful and you'll be stuck in the "barracks" for 2 months while you receive multiple cancelations due to Jetcheap's refusal to pay instructors overtime.
It's getting worse by the minute here and with current "leadership", its going to get worse.
DAL and UAL will hire you. Im jealous because Im too old to leave now.
Best of luck and be good to yourself.

You can only think of you, as what's on the list things airline management considers about, you're not on it. You're a part number. Wish it wasn't true but they prove every day, with every decision they make that it's true.
