Take the JB class and then take the UAL class if it’s offered.

You aren’t being rude. This is the biggest choice of your life and JB will forget your name 2 mins after you resign. Companies don’t give a crap about you, don’t you even for 1 second care about what JB thinks.

This.

you don’t owe jetblue anything. It is their job to attract and retain talent

United or any other airline is best for your career.
Run, dont walk away from B6 if you can. Training pay is awful and you'll be stuck in the "barracks" for 2 months while you receive multiple cancelations due to Jetcheap's refusal to pay instructors overtime.
It's getting worse by the minute here and with current "leadership", its going to get worse.
DAL and UAL will hire you. Im jealous because Im too old to leave now.
Best of luck and be good to yourself.

These companies have ZERO loyalty to you. Period. Do what is best for your career, in your opinion. You would only be 9,754,391st person to leave one major for another during or after training.

What all of these guys said is 100% correct.

You can only think of you, as what's on the list things airline management considers about, you're not on it. You're a part number. Wish it wasn't true but they prove every day, with every decision they make that it's true.

If hired on as a simulator instructor, can you pickup actual line trips on your days off?

I ask because sim instructor position requires 2 year commitment and flying the actual plane here and there can keep you from getting too rusty.

Thanks!
