I’m in Phase II right now still waiting on a class date. Any opinions on what the Spirit development+LOA17 passing will mean for hiring/class sizes in the short-term?

The Spirit bid is 100% covered by the value of the scope concessions given by JetBlue’s pilot group. As a new hire it won’t matter you’ll be at the bottom of an integrated seniority list. Class sizes will shrink if not halt all together for a while as efficiencies are identified and QOL Items are stripped from both pilot contracts as part of a JCBA.

It means you’re past the constructive date of notice. You won’t need to worry about the SLI because you’ll be DOH on a master list. If there ever is a merger.

Is there a min flt hours to apply at this point? I heard some ppls application automatically being rejected once they submit it. Anyone else heard the same?

me =( I got an email saying no like literally 3 mins after I submitted
