It's been all over the place. Some classes mostly 190, one recent class was mostly 320, some split.

Is the June 8th class already full or are calls still going out?

Question...How does JetBlue feel about hiring 1500 hour CFI's. I'm currently in the DFW area and would move to Florida in a heartbeat for the right opportunity. I'm not sure if I want to take the flow bait from other companies yet. I'm just confused on what to do.

They're not a regional, that's probably not going to happen any time soon. Go with the flow and build your resume.

3,000 applicants every 6 months for maybe 100-200 slots. Most applicants are regional guys, mil guys, both, and some corporate. The guys getting hired that I've seen are regional captains/check airmen, mil/regional or straight mil, and a handful of corporate guys with pretty good resumes. And a couple cape air flows. We do hire 0 hour ab initio guys now though. But your best bet is to slug it out at a regional for a while if this is where you want to be. I don't think they will hire a 1500 hour CFI, unless it was all f15 time or something, which I doubt it is in your case.

Let me caveat that with one thing. If this is where you want to be, I would apply early and update often. Even if you don't meet mins or competitive mins, it's free to apply and only takes a few clicks to update, but can be a huge indicator to recruiters about how seriously you want it.

Your passion is admirable, however as it has been pointed out already you have no chance of receiving a call with such low time. Competitive mins are around 4500TT, assuming you're non mil.

On a side note, I couldn't help but chuckle when you mentioned you would move to FL in a heartbeat. Even when you do get the call from B6 one day, Florida will still be a long way off!

Find a good regional, 135, or corporate gig, build your time and network.

Good luck

Yea two of my buddies that interviewed with us on 4/12 got the Phase 2 complete e-mail on Wednesday and the call for the June 8th class yesterday. Apparently they were both assigned to that class because they were one of the first to get their background checks back from GIS and sent for approval to the PHC. Still waiting on my call/email... Fingers crossed.

Roger that and good luck... I was in the group with the first interview time on 4/12. Still waiting. Was nice to at least get the welcome to the pool email on the 15th! Waiting patiently... Congrats to all of those headed to training!!! Great time to be a pilot! Can't wait to get started!
