No. JetBlue understands all the different ins and outs of it. They simply ask for a different total of what they deem to be "real" pic. You don't need to change your logbook if you've been doing it legally, just give them the total of what they ask for. The people reviewing logbooks at the interview understand that and have seen many many logbooks with all kinds of variations.
My only concern as I am filling out the pre-interview JetBlue flight time grid is that the JetBlue application and during the phone screen asked for just my PIC time...not only PIC time where I signed off the aircraft. While the flight time grid wants only "signed off the aircraft" PIC. So the times will vary a little. In the end, hopefully it won't matter as long as I follow the instructions.

As of May 15th, JetBlue has 6 candidates who are fully vetted (background checks, PRIA, and drug test done). My understanding is that those candidates will be offered slots in the class that starts on June 8th. The classes are now running at about 12 pilots per class and they have announced that classes will be starting every two weeks through the summer.
What that means is that the pilots who interviewed in the beginning of April will most likely see classes starting on that day for a half dozen lucky few and continuing.
JetBlue also doesn't necessarily place a pilot into class in the order in which they completed the vetting process. They like to have a mix of pilots from different backgrounds, a la, a few with Military, a few Regional, part 135 or charter guys.
