Its not an insult to the whole group. Just like here, some people are willing to fight for what we are worth, but the facts are undeniable. Both our groups are dominated by "battered wives". Have you been over to their forum? Its all bellyaching over being at a 135 outfit/regional for 15 years and how great NK is compared to that. I get that they walked, and that's great, but at the end of the day they ratified a contract that was well below market rate.
I expect more of the same coming here. Its not an insult, its the truth. They ratified multiple CBAs to get to be among the lowest paid. Just like us.

It says you joined the forum in 2017, so you've had enough exposure to the bs that's shared here. I won't judge the JetBlue pilot group based on what I read here, and I'm sure the vast majority of JetBlue pilots will not judge the Spirt group based on this forum either.
If all of the participants here think before clicking "submit reply" it sure would help the experience.

It says you joined the forum in 2017, so you've had enough exposure to the bs that's shared here. I won't judge the JetBlue pilot group based on what I read here, and I'm sure the vast majority of JetBlue pilots will not judge the Spirt group based on this forum either.

A significant portion of our group would vote yes to a pay CUT if they put it to a vote. If that's not low self esteem I don't know what is.

I should let this go because anybody on here can read it for themselves, but interesting how changing one word softens the blow.
Group = the whole, while “a bunch” = …what, 20 guys?
Personally I’m optimistic about this merger, but a great JCBA will require unity.

I got the CJO 52 hours after I walked out of the building for my interview. I was the first done. I got the phase 2 invite same day of my interview. Within 4 hours. I think most of my class was the same but not everyone. Give it time. I’m sure there’s lots of people they have to go over.
