Pencil out all the hourly rates you want, work rules matter most and aren't represented in any of the APC profiles.

AA's next contract can equal all those work rules. Can you equal their movement and wide-bodies? And you hustle and work the system, a lot. Many/most fly their line and go home and enjoy their weekends off.

AA’s next contract won’t matter until our next contract. You can’t compare a 2022 contract to a 2018 contract.

I hate to disappoint you, but like everything that comes out of B6ALPA, our next contract will be sub par.

And our pilot group will ratify it.

Remember, our current NC thought LOA 13 was good for us and were favor of it. That should scare the heck out of everyone here. These guys don’t know a bad deal when it slaps them straight in the face. Unfortunately I have no confidence in getting what we deserve in CBA 2.

That's how the cycle always works. What I said is still completely true.

I hope that AA gets their work rules improved and you are correct about movement they have it far better then we currently do. However until that new contract happens we have better work rules for earnings maybe not for QOL issues. Hopefully pattern bargaining will help us out as we strive for this new contract..

Agree.... At least for narrow-body, and probably the whole enchilada, we have much better work rules. Not that they don't have something we could use, but overall.

But that can change in one contract cycle, and likely will.
