Currently, the accrual rate after 5 years is 10.5 hours per month. After 10 years that goes to 12 hours per month.

Vacation weeks are paid at 35 hours, but you are charged 24.5 hours.

December system bid published today. 106 open FO positions, mostly in the 320. ALL upgrades (24 net) to the 320 unless they backfill 190 CAs heading to 320. Good luck to those of you waiting.

For those who will ask about the inevitable MCO base, it's shrinking according to this bid. Backwards by one both the 320 and the 190, CAs and FOs. JFK 320 is where most of the new FO slots are.

I put in for MCO 320 FO. I could almost hear FLiCA laugh as I clicked "submit."

Mco is def gonna shrink and Fll become the new step child .... The email about all the international crews only being Fll was a huge clue.

2 years in November. Could have held MCO 320 FO on the last supplemental bid, but I was still equipment locked on the 190.


320 will likely shrink in MCO. 190 will probably stagnate. IF we fly below the red line, it's only to Costa Rica around Xmas, so there's not much flying lost for us.
