You guys do realize that it's not just about flight time in order to get hired?
I do know a couple of few recommendations. Also it all comes down to the pilot personality.

Just wondering where/who found the 5000TT/1000PIC mins at? Not trying to beat a dead horse just can't find it or find the truth behind it. I was supposed to be in the March 19/20 class which was retracted because I didn't meet the 4000tt/500 pic "competitive" mins. Just wondering when it was upped

Def no 5000 mins here at blue .... It may be what they want to hire but isn't what they are hiring .... All times and types are coming in this door. Yes a majority have PIC but plenty don't .

I was thinking the exact thing! Came off as kind of arrogant, but maybe it's our perception and he's a cool guy...
PilotJ3; I haven't gotten my chance at an interview either, but from all my reading and talking with friends who were hired; I think you stand a very good chance! Just keep tryin and call everyone one you know...you may have a friend of a friend there to give you a leg up on the competition..you never know.

I think B6 is a great place to be or to get another step. I personally looking for B6 and AA because of Florida. I live in MCO area and B6 would be a great choice for me, even if it takes me 5yrs+ to be the Jr guy down here. I missed the last window, hopefully there will be another one soon.
I won't get a call from AA, because I work for Envoy. I do have flow, but still have around 1,200 before me.
Good luck to all the applicants...we all want to move to better places.

I assume you were trying to help but but if you do get the interview, remember it's very much about who you are, not just flight time.
Good luck guys.

Rats! I have 980 PIC. I don't think I can do that many hours in a 152 between now and when the window opens.
